In 2021, this project was about designing a personal portfolio website from scratch. The goal was to create a clear, usable, and professional experience that highlights the creatorβs work and makes navigation simple and intuitive.
I approached it as a full UX project, focusing on structure, user flows, and decision-making rather than just visual design. Every element was considered for its purpose and contribution to the overall experience.
This project is included in my portfolio because it showcases my ability to take a project from concept to a fully realized product, demonstrating UX thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making even in small-scale, standalone projects.
Additionally, I implemented the entire site in Webflow, solving a challenging homepage layout that allows projects to be dynamically highlighted while maintaining responsive and accessible design. This demonstrates both my technical problem-solving and ability to translate UX decisions into practical, functioning solutions.

I focused on how users experience visual content:
- Prioritized galleries to highlight best work immediately.
- Designed layouts that support scanning without overwhelming the viewer.
- Ensured smooth transitions between sections and projects.
- Implemented responsive behavior so photography looks optimal across devices.
The Webflow implementation was challenging, especially the homepage layout, which dynamically highlights projects while keeping the design clean and functional. This reflects my ability to solve technical challenges without compromising the user experience.
I led the project from start to finish.
- Defined the structure and navigation to prioritize galleries and highlight key works.
- Designed homepage and project page layouts for maximum visual impact.
- Built the entire site in Webflow, including dynamic gallery solutions and responsive layouts.
- Implemented technical solutions for presenting photography with minimal distraction and smooth scrolling.
- Curated the presentation to balance aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.

- A fully functional photography portfolio built from scratch.
- Clear navigation and structure that puts content first.
- Smooth, responsive galleries and homepage solutions in Webflow.
- Demonstrates both UX thinking and technical execution for visual-heavy websites
This project shows that even in visually-focused work, UX and problem-solving matter. Every layout and interaction was considered to enhance storytelling and usability. Itβs included in my portfolio because it demonstrates:
- End-to-end thinking from content strategy to Webflow implementation.
- High-level decisions in curating and presenting work.
- Technical problem-solving for complex visual layouts
